« I had the pleasure of a wonderful stay at Domaine des Periès. Sybille, Jean-François are charming hosts with whom we had a delicious dinner in the best tradition of Table d'Hotes where we could share and exchange with the other guests from the UK and France. The cassoulet was tasty and crispy. The secret dessert and apero much appreciated:-)
The domaine is very confortable, my room had AC and the pool was a hit particularly during this canicule period. For me it was a perfect location as I was riding my bike on the canal du midi.

« We were superbly welcomed by charming hosts to a wonderful, absolutely peaceful estate, in a room offering royal comfort. For dinner, a Castelnaudary cassoulet truly worthy of its reputation, which was easily digested even by a sensitive stomach.

We had a lovely room on the ground floor next to the common kitchen/living room. Jean Francois and Sybille are so friendly and welcoming. We had already made planned for dinner but they proposed a really good option if we wanted to stay for dinner. The garden and terrasse were lovely to just relax and enjoy the calm surroundings.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was tasty and we loved the home made fig jam. Jean Francois gave us some advice on nice walks and visits we could do around.
All in all a lovely stay and we highly recommend this place.

« The property and accommodation are simply excellent.
The grounds are very lush, beautifully wooded, and impeccably maintained. The pool area is ideally located and truly bucolic. The "Passeron" room is very spacious and peaceful, with a lovely view over the other side of the grounds. The bathroom is beautiful and very pleasant. Fixed air conditioning is available in case of hot weather.
In short, everything is perfect to completely switch off and unwind.
Finally, the service: we only had breakfast, which was excellent and hearty. Almost everything is locally sourced, meaning great quality. Jean-François is extremely friendly, engaging, and gives excellent recommendations. A huge thank you to him and his wife for their warm welcome, and a big well done for their exceptional property. »
