« We had a perfect one-night stay with Sybille and Jean-François—truly welcoming hosts who are entirely dedicated to their guests. The estate has been masterfully renovated, and the result is simply stunning!
Everything is designed to make you feel at home:
The Setting: A beautiful garden, a refreshing pool, and comfortable sun loungers.
The Accommodations: Spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and lovely terraces. We stayed in the 'Pastoreta' room, a beautifully converted former dovecote, which was a real highlight.
The Dining: The table d’hôte was superb, featuring an excellent cassoulet from a local producer, followed by a hearty breakfast with artisanal bread and pastries.
We want to warmly thank Sybille and Jean-François for their hospitality, the fascinating conversations about the history of the estate and the region, and their excellent travel tips. Thanks to them, we even made a short detour to buy some local cassoulet and visit a pottery workshop!
We highly recommend this address—it’s now a permanent fixture in our travel book. We are already planning to gift a stay here to our parents so they can discover the riches of this beautiful region. »
